You mean he hasn't updated it yet? [checks] So he hasn't.

I left a message for Caigan to update the .tk location, and to notify DCS of the new primary URL, since I'm not really directly involved with the project.

It's been fixed, houserules.tk now points to the correct URL, but if you visit from houserules.org.uk, it's ad-free! :-D
