Lightning is an electrical signal. Lightning can be seen for miles. Therefore, not all electrical signals cannot be seen from a mile away.<br><br>Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your point of view) for Doctor Fred, not all electrical signals are lightning.<br><br>Why am I saying this? I have no clue, since it apparently proves nothing applicable to this conversation..

Well, I can now say that Neopets seem rather dumb, yes.
