I wasn't a "fan" of his music, but nobody that calls themselves a music apreciator can fail to respect his songwriting talent.

I personally also don't think he was a kiddie-fiddler, I just think he was a nutter who thought he was still a child.

Better he's gone now though, he can become a legend like Elvis, which is how they both deserve to be remembered.

I agree with everything Rooster just said.

Never quite thought he was a pedo, was glad to see him legally not considered one.

Never was a fan of his stuff, but I recognize the influence he's had on others. RIP.

Yeah I never believed it either, he was just an easy target, like J.D Salinger ("He's a recluse! He must be a pedophile!" :P, god I hate my teacher for suggesting Holden was a pedophile :x ). Man I just found out today, can't believe it, hes a guy that just doesn't die. The world can't kill off Jackson, it can't!!

do not throw stones in contemplation of death.
I don't think he was a petho, he made some good music and it's really suprising that he is really dead.

(Perhaps he isn't dead, he only make us belive. So he has no need to make those concerts, his music will (soon) have somekind of boom and nobody is bothering him anymore... [and only one person (the Doc.) said he is really dead, perhaps he got some... "financial attention" by him)

no seriously... requiescat in pace

I have never been particularly interested in anything Michael Jackson did (besides the paedophilia charges, and even then it was only in passing). I sort of missed the Jackson boat, and I never especially liked his music. He was basically just a celebrity freak who at one point supposedly contributed greatly to the development of popular music. It's sad to see him die, but it really failed to affect me at all.
If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. (Revelation 2:5, NIV)
Josh Woodward, Ohio Singer/Songwriter, offers his songs for free. Give him a listen.

Is it a bad thing that I'm listening to the Weird Al versions of his songs right now?
