Someone is underestimating kids and possible overestimating Ozy and Millie.

I started reading it when I was in high school and not much of it went over my head.

I think they mean kids, not teenagers. Like 7-12 or something like that.

If I had a kid I'd rather they got 'educated' off a (good? great?) webcomic like O&M than from some smeg head downtown or in their school...
