I just noticed that Locke is wearing hat differently in this arc. He isn't wearing it "Napoleon style" like in all his other arcs. Here it's designed so the smiley faces front instead of being on the side.

It's weird reading these knowing Locke and Millie are father and daughter. Especially since a later arc has Millie getting a crush on him!

There's an arc with Locke where he says or does something that causes Millie to grin at him and do her tail wag thing. She pretty much spends the rest of the arc fawning over him. At least that's what I recall, the actual arc might be different.
