Back on the lemonade stand comic (one of them), it was brought up about writing letters backwards, and now I have to echo the sentiment. I remember when I was younger and just learning to write that I would get lowercase 'd' and 'b' confused, because, you know, the look the same. But there's enough rote learning when you learn how to write that you aren't going to write letters backwards THIS OFTEN, I don't care how young you are.

Still, I like the content of the comic, even if the execution is... grating.

I find it funny that he can otherwise spell correctly and write almost perfectly. Hell, he writes better than I do. T_T

I talk shit about it, but writing backwards is actually really tough once you've learned it the right way.

This one is depressing. It seems from this that Avery's rampant emotional abuse of his sibling was affecting Timulty. Mostly I just like the word rampant.

In hindsight, its a shame how little the secondary characters were developed although that might have gotten in the way of teh funni.

I agree the comic is clever but I also hate the "Backwards letter" cliche. Timulty isn't that young for Chrisssakes!

And Millie certainly isn't either, in reference to that other comic.

Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

Timulty suffers from severe dyslexia.

Usually there's no sign that Timulty is unhappy, or even unaware his brother doesn't seem to like him, but he's probably just as insecure as most kids inside. This is a rare glimpse.

This is a cute strip...I do feel a little bad for Timulty. Poor little guy. It did make me laugh though that he put a proper E and a backwards E in the same word.

That's not a backwards N. That's a Z that got drunk and fell over.

I had a dream about Trent Reznor trying to become the president of the apartment complex a friend lived at that ended with him chasing me with a sword.
