I'm fairly certain that Duke Nukem 3D does not have 40 levels.

Its a long standing tradition in entertainment media that knowledge of video games extend as far as the Atari with the name of a newer game thrown in for credibility.

Stephan can beat The Parish on Expert difficulty in Realism mode using only melee weapons.
