I think I kinda like Raine Dog, maybe it's the British sense of it's crap but in a not terrible kind of way coming across.

But improvements;

Story arc - Plan in advance what story you want to tell, concentrate on that story until it's told along the way pick up threads for other stories.

Length - I don't mind the chapters, they are okay but have the wait between then justify the quantity (and quality) of the finished product.

Be Narrative - Show, don't tell.

I really, really want to like Raine Dog, because I freaking love its art style. But the story just does not interest me, and frankly I doubt it would even if it were updated more frequently.

I like Raine Dog's art style more than the new Ozy and Millie art style. But the writing really sucks, Raine Dog needs a PROPER storyline..

One thing? I don't know, now it is a great example of how NOT to write a graphic novel. One thing won't save it.

But I would have the story mapped out beforehand, not this whimsical cluster-f**k we have now

Personally, I think this strip would be a lot better if it was all released at the same time. That way, the reader's attention wouldn't be lost from the 1 month+ delay in between each strip.

Yeah and I actually meant a DCer needs to make a parody strip. Like Liz perhaps. I don't think she cares enough though.
Yeap. lulz.

First we need to think of a good parody name for Raine Dog, like Mallard Swillmore to Mallard Fillmore.

Raine Dog is a partial autobiography, and the blue dog is a partial fursona, and DCS's main fursona is a blue dragon, AND DCS's old internet name was rain luong, THEREFORE I propose that the parody feature a blue dragon whose name is Dragon Luong or something similar.

I want to see more of that cat, he was cool :(

And this jumping around really needs to stop. Pick a story and stick with it. God knows where she'll be next but it won't be with that Alpha dog, that's for sure.

Also stop making it seem like humans are so bad. We get it... can't we tell a good story without that? I mean really, a talking dog would be AWESOME! Why would anyone be angry at her or call her names or what have you? I mean I realize a talking dog isn't realistic but... still, come on.

so yeah basically what everyone else said.

That would also improve this comic.
