But it could be some crazy M Night Shyamalan twist where she was a man and then took estrogen to become a woman, and also she is a human and all the people we see are really raccoons in peaple costumes. AND THEN HE WAS A GHOST THE WHOLE TIME!!!!!!!
My theroy is that the entire strip is being written by :millie: and drawn by :ozy: as a :dragon:.
That would be awesome.

After catching up on this thread and remembering that Raine Dog is DCS's persona, it suddenly occurred how symbolic it was that they spayed Raine Dog. In real life, because DCS went from being a man to a woman, he is physically incapable of having children since he does not have a uterus. I don't know if it was intentional, but perhaps them spaying Raine Dog somehow symbolized his lack of a uterus. He was like, "arrgh. I can't have a uterus so neither can Raine Dog!" That or it was purely coincidental.

I doubt very much it was accidental. Dana has said she's been working on the story for some time and she would have put that part in deliberately. She has also said the comic is semi-autobiographical.

I swear I remember reading years ago about a man who became a woman and in fact even gave birth to a babby!

I wonder if DCS will now have a longer life expectancy, since women live longer than men. :millie:

That's currently medically impossible - it was probably the other way around.

(3500th post, totally noteworthy.)

There is a recent transgender who was in the process of becoming a man and she and her partner decided not to have her sex organs removed so they could have a babby. She is legally recognized as a man so everyone was calling her the world's first pregnant man. Barbara Walters even interviewed her!

Personally, I call BS. I don't care what the law says, vagina+uterus=FEMALE. Period.

It would also explain a hell of a lot. But it's just too cool to ever happen.

What about those with both female and male parts, such as earthworms and slugs?
