I don't really find this creepy - but maybe I only say that because my dog also slept under the covers in my dad's bed (my mom doesn't sleep in the same room). She did this for 14 or so years, until she had to be put down a couple of weeks ago.

My dog always slept in my bed under the covers too, and right up against me. If I didn't hold the covers open for him, he'd just nuzzle his way under the covers himself. He was a small(er) sized dog and had short hair, so he loved basking in warm areas to stay warm. He died a few years ago.
