I THINK it's a boy...not sure.
Anyway, I'm not really liking Raine Dog so far :/ It feels too...I dunno. Full of platitudes, I guess.

So far it's all backstory...which is fine, but with only one strip a week, I find it hard to maintain much interest.Anyway, I'm not really liking Raine Dog so far :/ It feels too...I dunno. Full of platitudes, I guess.
With O&M, I was usually eager for the next installment, and it was likely to show up the next day...my interest was held much better by that alone; knowing and digging the characters didn't hurt, either.
With Raine Dog, it's more difficult since the characters are hardly even established and we're only getting it in dribs and drabs because of the weekly schedule.
Introducing new Dark Side RocketGirl™: Quicker, Easier, More Seductive!
I've hit puppies to disaplin/train them as I don't want to be mauled to death by a poorly trained German Shepherd when it reaches it's full size.
But usually all you need to do is pinch their ears, as this is what a mother-dog would do (albeit with their teeth) to disapline pups.
On the other hand, I've beaten sheep and cows with bamboo canes.
