Yep. I never add anything to strips besides colour.

Does DCS mean an insult to one of the founding fathers with that pig? Or is he neutral on pigs?

Well, many of the founding fathers were very pig-headed on the issue of state rights and the power of local government over a federal government. Besides, according to a random Garfield strip, pigs are very conscientous and clean creatures.
