hehe! Wonderful strip to revisit. The green seems to be blending in with Isolde a bit much on the last panel though.

I believe that that was the first O&M strip I ever saw with Millie in it. Naturally, I felt disappointed not to know already what a hellion she was.

Yeah Ozy's hat does seem a lot taller there than it is now.

Well, it wasn't exactly the first O&M strip I saw, just the first with Millie. Or if I did see her before, she was doing something harmless and relatively sane, like semi-serious philosophy.

The first O&M I recall seeing was also the first to mention Rutherford B. Hayes. That joke grew on me enough to kindle my interest even as the comic was entering a hiatus.
