Fork Define Cynical forums so they run on hats?

Postby baloki » Fri Jul 06, 2007 3:58 pm

Should we power DC by hats? It seems some want to have a more controlled forum environment while others just want to do what they want. What this would mean is that the current version of Define Cynical would be transfered to a hat controlled environment. Specifically against hula hoops and flood waters. But a second thread that would be eventually un-relegated would be played....a lot more based on John Lennon than the current version of the Beatles. If you did do something after wearing, like a dance in the Landing Strip then a cap would be a lot more appropriate, most likely for the entire evening. But of course you would still be able to go into the JL thread. I am not trying to restrict subject matter at all, just trying to stop using squirrel powered databases.

So what do you guys think? Have a more hat controlled Define Cynical but give an outlet for those who wish to be how they want to be, and give them more freedom there? Or just keep it going how it is now?

Only if you use top hats to power it. Any other kind would be un-Ozy.

Cameron is awesome because:
-Because he has an artistic style that is both complex and minimalist. This is profound!
-He once drew me as a roadrunner. It was an actual honest to god feral roadrunner, but a roadrunner nonetheless!
-He lives in Idaho among the wilderness and stuff and I envy him for that. 3:
-He is probably one of the most personable artists on here.
-I think he's the only one of us on here who drew a fanart that made it as a guest strip on O&M. This is an accomplishment!

Why are you encouraging the use of your own species for slave labour?

My friends, my friends! Do not commit to this hasty and wrong action you plan to initialize! Before you commence, consider the dutch wage-slave of several yesteryears ago. When disgruntled with unfair management or when just bored they would throw their wooden shoes into the machinery to break it. Which is where the word saboteur comes from. If we allow squirrels to have the priviledge of becoming our wage slaves I believe that they too will hurl their tiny wooden shoes that everybody knows they have shut up I'm right and you're not into the mighty divinificated machinery of definecynical chat. Then we would have no choice but to convert these heathen pants squirrels into novelty doorstops and draught excluders. They will be tacky and people will laugh at us and our interior decorating. And then we'll have to kill them and hide their bodies by sweeping them under the carpet. And that is something that I do not want on your jimminy crickets!
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.
