Probably the same thing, Black Talon/Ranger ammo causes a larger exit wound than entrance. I saw what one did to a foam target (completely gutted it), quite impressive.<br><br>The moral of the story is don't EVER mess with cops from the NY/NJ Port Authority (I can confirm they carry that ammo, and I think the NYPD carry it as well). They can gut you with a single shot.
