If I told you then you would have died from suffication because you would have laughed so much.

Gracias. Necesito tomate para mi aroz.

some people at Johnathan's school actually nicknamed him John Lennon one time, and it annoyed him because he does not actually look like John Lennon.
Alternatively he's upset because of the time where Lennon said that the Beatles were bigger than jesus (which, in fact, they were. statistically speaking).
None of those reasons are why I hate John Lennon.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of The Beatles or the Rolling Stones. For 60's music I favor the psychedelic stuff, and for the 70's the proggy stuff.
I usually can't stand the excesses of psychedelia. It's often just so much noise and unnecessary additions. To give an example, I never saw much in Pink Floyd except for the song Wish You Were Here, which is fantastic. Maybe I need to listen to more of that stuff.

The man or the music, or both?

Pink Floyd are good when they're being relatively normal, like on some of Dark Side of the Moon and much of The Wall. When they're strange, they're just... strange, and I suppose some people like that.

Pink Floyd was psychedelic in the 60's/arguably early 70's but that's about it as far as I'm concerned.

it sounds like it's a pun, and he won't tell us because it's not funny when simply read.

John Lennon did write "Imagine no possessions", but he sang it playing a white Steinway piano in the drawing room of his 72-acre estate in Berkshire....

He just couldn't find anyone who'd buy a house that Ono had lived in. Her voice has the eerie ability to remain echoing in a place years after she's moved out of it.

Note that he said "Imagine" in the song. That's how he got away with it! :wag:

The thing nobody ever got with that song is that he imagined all that stuff and decided he didn't like it.

how so? I believe you, but I just looked at the lyrics and I couldn't see your reasoning from it.

I think it was a joke.
