Boy Decapitated at Six Flags Amusement Park

COBB COUNTY, Ga. (MyFox Atlanta) – Investigators with Cobb County police said a boy was decapitated at Six Flags amusement park Saturday.

Authorities said the incident happened just after 2:00 p.m. Saturday. A church group went to the amusement park and a group of boys with the group jumped a fence and entered an area that was marked off limits.

One of the boys jumped up and tried to grab someone's feet who was on the Batman ride. The boy ended up being decapitated.

Investigators did not release the boy's age, name or the name of the church the boy was traveling with.

That's his own damn fault.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

It might be more than a little inappropriate to say but the gene poolhas been enriched.
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

I COMPLETELY agree, Angela.

I swear to God, if the park gets sued or shut down or anything because of this, I will be EVER SO PISSED. :x

A tragedy? Hell no, I think it's hilarious.

I COMPLETELY agree with this, too.

There are times when laughing at death is appropriate. I'm sorry, but this is hilarious. It doesn't get much dumber than that.

He was 17
Meaning he should've had enough freakin sense to know that getting kicked in the head by someone on a roller coaster might very well lead to death. He also should be able to read a sign that says off limits as well. No one is to blame hear but the kid himself and the guy with him as well. Between the two of them, they should have been able to figure out that this could be fatal. Unfortunately in our pants-up society, it would not surprise me that we see the parents sue not only Six Flags but likely the manufacturer's of the ride, the church, hell...maybe even the damned vendor at the ride. Oh this shit makes me see red.

As a side point, imagine if he'd succeeded in grabbing someone's leg. Likely have torn it clean off.

No sympathy at all in this case. The little git was out to seriously hurt people and karma struck with great vengeance.

He still has my prayer.
Imagine all the crap he'll get in the afterlife.

Guy 1: "So, yeah, I died from cancer."
Guy 2: "That sucks. I bit it in a car accident."
Guy 3: "I climbed a fence that said 'NO ADMITTANCE' and tried to grab some guy's legs on a roller coaster. Tore my head clean off."
Guys 1 and 2: "HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! YOU IDIOT!!!"

The only true shame is that the idiot didn't suffer as much as he could have.

It is theorized that, in certain situations, a severed head maintains consciousness until it dies. So, it is aware of everything that is going on. Imagine literally knowing that your head has been severed and that you'll die any second and there's nothing you can do about it... THAT is one hell of a punishment!
