If the last eruption was >60,000 years, then it's either dormant or extinct. If they have a long established pattern of these once in 60,000 years eruptions, I'd lump it in with dormant.

next time i'd prefer it to be like BAM new grand canyon rather than BAM 150,000+ dead.

Hrmm, I'm stuck between being all "Great... tsumani... big deal... just a bunch of chain reactions..." and "Ye GADS! Woah! So many people DEAD!! And just think of them people who've lost relatives an' homes an' stuff... gawd, I can't imagine what it'd be like... I mean, I'd fully be wrecked if my home was destroyed and all my work and opportunities were just gone like that... man them poor people..."<br>Me being the cold-hearted nutcase I am prefer the first one...

Compensation would come first, I'd imagine.<br><br>For what it's worth, I donated a sum of money to the Red Cross for tsunami relief.
