He mentioned Russia as an ally of Lupinia. Now, if you think things are getting totalitarian in the US, you'd best not go to Russia any time soon. Putin is bringing back a lot of Soviet-era symbolism and creating a popularity cult for himself. The Russian government controls the television, and unlike the British, isn't shy about using it for the purpose of propaganda.<br><br>Of course, he has also lowered crime, killed a bunch of terrorists, and begun to rebuild the Russian economy. But you could replace "terrorists" with "anarchists" and say the exact same thing about Adolf Hitler in 1936.
