Post a quirky fact about yourself! I'll start...
Did you know... I once got paid to wear green wellies and a tutu?

Never heard of it.
I once locked some poor guy out of his website. Not really by accident, but he was asking for it.

If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. (Revelation 2:5, NIV)

When I was in elementary school I got kicked off the computers for the rest of my public education due to cracking.
When I was in junior high I got kicked off the computers for the rest of my public education due to cracking.
When I was in high school I got kicked off the computers for the rest of my public education due to cracking.
And yet no teacher followed through with the fact I was not allowed on any computers because they did not want to do any extra work just for me......
The first two looking back were pretty trival. In elementary we had to have a teacher log on with a password to get on the internet. I cracked it. In junior high school I did a number of things that were equally dumb.
...and in high school there were these test that we would take online. A friend and I had a bet to see who could crack the test first. We both cracked it on the same day, using different methods. I cracked a pattern in the test encryption (it is really weak encryption) so you could get 100% on the test. My friend reformed the test results so you could get any score you wanted (he demonstrated with a 300% score). We informed the school, and then submitted new code to them to close the security hole. And instead of taking our advice we both got kicked off the computers.....and it meant once again nothing.....
Glad I am out of that system.....

This could be the first time I've heard a cracker's confession. I've had a couple of friends who got in school trouble for computer mischief they swear they didn't do, but that's hardly the same.
Speaking of "crackers," I got a minority leadership award despite being all Anglo-American. I'm left to guess why.
