I'm back; d'you miss me?

Gecko had the time of his life in Europe, becoming immersed in European history and culture, as well as making amazing friends.

Gecko very much misses being surrounded by friends 24/7 while exploring Europe.

Gecko particularly misses a certain girl. How cliche of him.


Note: Facebook has taught Gecko to think of himself in third person.

She lives in Brazil, though she's spending the next year in South Carolina. In any case, we're not starting anything; for one thing, she already has a boyfriend in Brazil (which didn't stop us from kissing on the plane; CRAZY KIDS THESE DAYS, WITH THEIR FLIMSY MORALS).

I'm just a hopeless romantic and can't help wishing. :p

We saw Athens, Pompeii, Rome, Assisi, Florence, Venice, and Paris. Traveled by plane, overnight ferry, and overnight train (that was sheer hell). I'm much too lazy to name all the sights we saw, but the program was highly thorough in each city.
