I think it's annoying.
I don't find it super duper annoying but I can see how it'd get old. It is kinda cute in a way though... and he just told me I'm reading in his voice ... yes a fox is fine... err... yeah okay run over there now... and ... Angela is super?... uhm okay.. hey come back.. he ran off the screen brb.

it will only get annoying/boring to the majority of members once they've seen all the phrases enough times... the only thing to remedy that is more quotes.

QUICK, DOC, SAY MORE QUOTABLE THINGS. IT'S FOR THE GOOD OF DC.
Anami and Anami are sitting around Anami says "GRR I AM ANGSTY LET'S EXPRESS ANGST" and so Anami says "ONE OF THE MODS ON DC IS A DICK I POSTED A PICTURE THAT WASN'T REALLY THAT INAPPROPRIATE AND THREE MODS SAW IT AND DID NOTHING THEN A FOURTH ONE SAW IT AND DELETED IT" and Anami says "OMG I HATE MODS >:("

I still think it's annoying. But the defalt layout is refreshingly sparse and bland. Kinda reminds me of my home town.
