New Years is going to stink this year because the state of Texas banned fireworks this year due to the dry conditions of the land.

New Years is going to stink this year because the state of Texas banned fireworks this year due to the dry conditions of the land.
Tell that to the fireworks I saw going off EVERYWHERE tonight.

I found a loop hole in the ban. I figured that if the police didn't see or hear us, they couldn't fine us. So we popped fireworks that didn't pop or fly.
