Those aren't puppies. Clearly its Old Man Jenkins dressed up as puppies in a feeble attempt to obtain Spanish doubloons that will be foiled by a marauding band of teenagers.

I have no idea. But my friend found it through StumbleUpon and proceeded to show it to me.
