Here in America, the schools tend to ignore the Muslim holidays. Heck, if they gave kids even a DAY off for Eid, parents would be in an UPROAR that the schools are LEGITIMIZING TEH EVIL MUSLIMS, seriously. Which sucks.

I had no idea this holiday existed. As usual, I won't celebrate it any further than acknowledging it.

Still, enjoy your celebrations.
If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. (Revelation 2:5, NIV)

I need to find a way to register myself as a Judeo-islamo-catolico so I can get more days off of school. Just like that kid who almost got eaten by a tiger. And an island made of algae.
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

Oh, and a hyena also, or possibly a sailor.
I want a man-eating island.

That ain't nothin'. We don't even have a patron saint! Because nobody born in the USA has ever been a saint. *badumtish*

Actually I have no idea if we do or not. But accuracy and humor rarely go hand-in-hand.

Then allow me to RUIN YOUR HUMOR by pointing out that there are at least sixteen American-born saints.
