The black background means Arloest is the bad guy (gal) and klimt is the hero of the day, trying to rid us of the reckless avian who pays no mind to speed laws. Also, klimt (the koyote) is doing the economy a favor by spending, thus stimulating the circulation of soft assets in these hard times.
