Being as a real-world "critical hit" is almost invariably lethal, I'd say you'd have to list the damage as "infinite".

My highest critical hit was for about 4700 on a Mage. Though at the time I had a berserk buff and I shadowstep/ambushed them. Without berserk I have gotten up to about 4400 on a shadowstep/ambush.

The number I'd like is the target's current hit point total plus 10. Doesn't work worth a damn on vampires though. Stupid undead!
