Lol, I had an ex-girlfriend who was obsessed with Stitch. I should have known it immidiately when you mentioned the 18-wheeler.

hmm, i never saw the begining of that movie, and never saw that frog. Although admit it, it has that anime-ish look to it in your avatar, plus anime does that too!

My last name was misspelled and mispronounced quite often when I was in Middle/High School/College, especially with new/substitute teachers. Of course I corrected them when they fouled my name up...

People constantly spell my first name wrong (yes, it really is Linden like the tree- or if you prefer the hocky player), but even more spell/say my last name wrong. It's like a game to me anymore. Got a good giggle in my lab yesterday when the TA tried to pronounce it.

those are nicknames to be remembered, thats all I'll say on that!
people use to botch my name up all the time, but as time progresse, people don't seem to skrew it up any more. I don't have any kooky or non-kooky nicknames, however at my old work place, i did have a theme song... Marvin Gaye's "Let's get it on", which comes from two separat jokes. 1) I'm so obliviouse as to when i'm being hit on by girls 2) i happened to enter the store one time at the exact moment that the exact moment it started.

I haven't had any nicknames that have stuck in a few years. It sucks because I can never use them when thinking up a screen name or username. I've had a string of nicknames that lasted about a day, among those:
Floyd, Norm, Jesus, The Green Dude, Death, Smart Guy, and several others that I can't remember or don't wish to share. Don't ask for explanations for any of these.
Every now and then, I'll try to think of a nickname for myself and try to spread it and see if it sticks. It never does. I'm just stuck as "Ian." I hate my name.

Nicknames are best when they're miscellanious objects, like dinner and stink and cook and fat@$$ and mop and cutter (it's my last name but oh well).
