St. Nicholas was Turkish. He only droped bags of gold down the chiminy's of girls he liked. Also almost all christian tradidition (at-least in America) can be traced back to pegan rituals. Speeking of which nobody wished people a happy Yule. (Winter Soltice). I would have if I was around.

If i remember correctly the reason Christmas is on the 25th December is because that was the date of a Roman festival and the early Christians chose that date to celebrate without drawing attention.<br>Also there is all that issue over Jesus having actually been born at 4 BC. Something to do with the calender and astronomical data, i can't remember too well.
