There's something about Americans and the word FIRE.

As well as something about the word FIRE and Beavis.

"HEH. HEH HEH. FIRE! HEH. FIRE! FIRE! HEH. HEH."

Can you make the connection I'm stating?

I just always hated that heart kid, to be honest. "We need one more culture, but we're outta elements." Those fiends. That said I guess I'll go with wind.

Heart was suggested in order to be a force that binds the others together, if I am not mistaken about the show.

How would any of you list a bunch of "elements"? Most people seem to be in agreement over earth, fire, and water, some call another wind or air, and then they all just go every which way trying to identify a fifth element or more.

It all seems ridiculous to me since none of these strike me as basic elements, like hydrogen, helium, lithium, beryllium, etc. For basic forces, I think of things like gravity, electromagnetism, and the forces that hold atoms together.

I've always been partial to the trans-actinium series myself. Why use water and fire and stuff when extreme radioactivity is so much more crippling? My goal in life would be to somehow extend the half-lives of these elements (esp. those with atomic numbers over 100). There just seems like there can be so much energy in these synthetic elements. Pyros beware, radios are coming!

Can you spot the chem students?

Actually, it's be a lot harder to gather 100 or so kids with rings containing a sample of each element that way.. Jeez, how would they do the Captain Planet summoning?

The noble gases could be posh aristocrats but they'd be full of hot air. (groan)
Though isn't Krypton a noble gas? Let the jokes commence...
