ok its not that urgent but i need to know where i can get a GIF animator for free to make things kinda like foxchilds avatar but moving faster

hmmm... lemme look into that. I have connections to some pirated software... i have the legally aquired (for $5.00!) of ulead photoimpact + gif animator. I think you could find several different programs<br>(as for my avatar, i don't think it would look good any faster than what it is!)<br><br>the problem with finding a free editor is finding one that isnt a trial version, which is what i've come up with in Google so far. <br><br><a href='http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/serif/ ... ds.htm&SP=' target='_blank'>Free HTML editor</a><br>that has a gif animation wizard in it, plus its free! i don't know if its a banner based program, since i haven't dl'd it. maybe good for something, at least!<br>

if you ever have local computer show and sales, go to one of those. You can pick up a $5 piece of software there that would do the job. There's usualy an entrance fee, so you may want to get more use of your money there and buy some other things... there can be really really good deals on many things at those!
