Lets give RocketGirl a rousing applause. Combo breakers make everything better, in and odd sense.

I have to say, I've just been pwned. That was witty.

if you believe putting words in someone's mouth is pwning, or otherwise not something you see every day, boy will you be in for a treat here at DC.

A pwn is a pwn, no matter how small. I expected what you were talking about from the beginning though; hell, its part of the reason I joined.

The "Ponderous" half is, well, a very apt description. I have a tendency to think quietly for an extended period of time before taking any kind of action. I also like the heavy connotations. And "Sledge," I picked because it is both a weapon of destruction and a tool for creation.

Simple, perhaps, but it suits me.

Reminds me of my old username, Vicious Reasoning. "Vicious" being the archaic use for the word, which essentially means "false". I was using it ironically to refer to myself, or at least I hope it was ironic. It's from a time when I was more uppity about politics.

My father attaches the suffix '-bonce' (which usually means 'head', i.e. 'a bump on the bonce') to names as a term of affection. My name is Charlotte, but my family call me Charlie ('Chaz' is my 'teenage' name, that I settled on in highschool) so my daddy calls me 'Charliebonce'. I made my second AOL account when I was 9 to replace my old one (which was inundated by porn O.o)and choose 'charliebonce' as a handle. The name just stuck.

When I was trying to decide on a username, I flipped through a Swedish phone book and picked a random name I saw. Hence, Bocaj.
