What species?

Well, since <a href='http://www.ozyandmillie.org/2001/om20010130.html' target='_blank'>This strip</a> clearly indicates that Doctor Who exists within the O&M universe, and with a new series starting in the UK at some point this month (which reminds me, need to move all four calenders onto March), I've been trying to work out what species each of the past doctors are. To no avail. So, then, this thread. What species do you guys think each of the eight past doctors were in O&M.<br><br>...The scary thing is I've been thinking about this for a couple of months, on and off.

Fair point. But I think when watching Doctor Who extreme fans of the series are capable of entering a state of altered consciousness, where nothing exists outside of the tv set. I'd say that any modern family that sits down and watches tv together, as they start to, is relatively healthy and knows how tv should be used rather than how it usually is.<br><br>For the record - According to my rather quick calculations, and assuming that a dragon conspiracy within the O&M universe have recovered all the missing episodes a complete Doctor Who marrathon would take 17890 minutes, or 296 hours, or a little under 12 and a half days. This is discounting adverts and any extra documentary style features they slot in. Based on UK Gold's 40th aniversary celebration marathon (24 hours of Who over 2 days), the actual length of time it would take is more like 17 and a third days. (160 stories including the 96 tv movie, they got 9 out (one per each of the eight tv doctors, plus the three doctors plus the two doctors) during the marrathon.

It isn't particularly original thinking on my part, but I'd say the Doctor is a feline; since felines have multiple lives. As to what TYPE of feline for each incarnation, hmm.. need to think about that a while.<br><br>

For me Dr. Who is on at 6PM on ABC, and the Simpsons are on at 6PM on Ten, so I've never seen it.

My direct experience of Dr. Who comes from part of a video. I must have seen more than two episodes' worth, but it's hard to tell with no breaks. From what I saw of Baker's version, I'd say he's a shrew in that life.<br><br>A cheaper solution would be a chameleon.

Joe3210 suggested a calico cat. I think that would be a good choice for the sixth Doctor, due to his multicolored coat.<br>

Just to throw cold water on an otherwise good idea:<br><br>Calico cats are usually female.<br><br>There has not been a female Doctor, and I'm not sure that would be possible.
