Had to do 56 sheet pizzas for a wedding on Halloween back when I worked at Marco's. Twenty-eight of them were ham, and ham was the most difficult topping to apply because the slices all stuck together and were near-impossible to separate. The other 28 were pepperoni. Because of the nature of sheet pizzas (very small slices), the number and placement of toppings had to be exact (two slices of ham or two pepperonis per slice).but one of our firehouses was doing a haunted house, so they ordered, oh, just 41 pizzas. Y'know, not too much.
and then the customers all getting four or five or six, etc.
Probably the single most horrible thing I've ever had to do.
And yeah, it was Halloween, so we were getting tons of other orders on top of that one.
