My resolution is not to make any resolutions that I know I cannot keep.

Ooh the irony

So, by making that resolution and no others, you're saying that you cannot be sure you can keep any resolution at all, except that one...

There are exceptions to every rule.
Are there exceptions to the above rule?

Ozymandias.. the problem is, I doubt she knows she can keep that resolution and if she doesn't, she broke broke her resolution by making that resolution. Wow. Irony at its best.

There are exceptions to every rule... even this one.

That's quite a paradox.

This statement is false
Is the above statement true?

Don't think about that too hard, or your brain will implode on itself.

The paradox inherent in "there are exceptions to every rule" isn't in what it's saying about rules, but it is in the nature of what is being said.

If you've done things right, people won't be sure if you've done anything at all.

"I, Mudd"... *chuckle* that sounds almost as much an O&M reference as a Trek one.

Dang.. why can't I find my Quotable Star Trek book? I've been cleaning my room for days, and it's still missing! Fortunately, I still know where enough other essential things are to keep me decent.
