Someone on DA replied to me that DCS is at a con and will "probably" be back Monday or Tuesday.

Nice of her to let me know, huh?

Actually, that one I can't hold any grudge against DCS for. x_x I would dare say since DCS typically works a large portion of those conventions(when not sucking at Rock Band vocals =P inside joke, sorry) that as work, that is a better use and 'excuse' for a delay in shipping.
If you've done things right, people won't be sure if you've done anything at all.

DCS was actually a guest of honor at said convention (MFF). We considered going up to her and asking about your commissions just to troll her, but refrained >_>

You totally should've done that. Think of the anecdotes you'd have had for us good people of DC.

guest of honor my ass, sure she got syndicated but it is for a comic about a real life girl who talks to real life animals ; that's more wild thornberries than furry.

I hear Tim Curry will voice the rabbit in the animated version of the comic.

I would watch it just to see that.

I agree. It's just that she could've said in her DA post that she would be at a con and would get back to when she got back or after the holiday. You know, just a common courtsey.

Actually, I have all the commissions now. What missing is two O&M originals. I feel positive I'll have them by year's end. I hope!

meh, sellers don't always do common courtesy. I buy a lot of obscure crap off of eBay, and I usually wait two weeks after I pay; then the day before I would send an e-mail to the guy, I get the "item shipped" notification with a message saying "thanks for buying" or whatever, like there was no problem with them waiting two weeks before they shipped it to me -_-;;
as long as everything gets there in one piece, I don't bother complaining

It's a Christmas miracle! DCS replied to me on DA to say she would mail my stuff tomorrow (today). Oh, she also said my dragons are "fun". :)

Looks like the end of this long strange saga is finally nearing an end!

Unless you have a tracking number, I'd wait until I get the package. =P

Looking at her DA post again, it does say she would TRY to get to the post office Tuesday. Hopefully she did. I guess if I don't have anything by the 2nd, I'll try contacting here again.

Still, I have a good feeling I'll be getting something in the mail soon.

Hopefully you'll be getting ALL of the remaining items in the mail.

Looking like I'll be waiting a bit longer for the missing 3 pieces of art. :( Maybe I'll post on her DA account since she seems to be pretty responsive lately.

The drama continues....
