So, I've decided that before I go and continue working on that comic I've been planning for the last century and a half or so, that it'd maybe be a good plan to make a smaller prototype comic. That way I'd at least have a vague idea of what the hell I'm doing when I actually do go ahead and start said main comic. I was going to say something else too, but I can't remember what. Whatever.

I had to redo that terrible fox in the trap picture, because that other one was horrible. I don't really like this one either, but it's a helluva lot better than that one was...gah.

And here are a couple of characters I'm working on. I haven't settled on the vixen's look yet.

First try at dicking around with colours:

Second attempt:

Most recent attempt. The more I look at this one, the more I see the ridiculous number of flaws in it. Please also note that I am a lazy pants and backgrounds take effort. And the clouds look like water. ALSO SAD. AND FURRY. WINNING COMBINATION.

C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER

Some older pics that are directly related to the comic I'll probably never get around to doing.

Mr. Tophat WITHOUT HIS TOPHAT.

The expedition guy. NOW WITH CROOKED EYES!

This one's quite old, and I've posted it elsewhere, but not here. So hah. Bitches.

That is all. DON`T JUDGE ME.

HOW DO WE SLEEP WHILE OUR BEDS ARE BURNING?

I HAVE BEHELD YOUR CRAP.

And it is wonderful :')

I must say I particularly enjoy Mr. Tophat's non-tophat hat.

Really good and touching pictures among them. You're criticising your colouring too much, I've seen worse.

Your "crap" is definitely nice.

The first picture is, admittedly, a bit sad.

The first combo breaker one looks like the sniper from TF2 =D

And very nice drawings. But: if they talk, would that make it a furry comic? Or are furry comics strictly anthro?

Comrade, you're an exceptional artist. How come we never see more of your work? I quite like it :3 The first one is cuuute. My favourite one. Your colouring is also pretty good! Don't criticize it so much. Just keep practicing, you'll get better ^^

Keep up the good work. Hope to see more of your art!

Not bad at all. I think the "second coloring attempt" one is my favorite.

This isn't a dis on your coloring skills at all - but my favorite picture is the sketched one.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

I'm both lazy, and busy with other stuff. I wish I had more time to practice...lately I've been more motivated to practice drawing than actually continue with more important studies...

I'm hoping I can at least stave that off until summer, then I could go nuts and post whatever, because I'd have the time...

I dunno, whatever however you define it. Sure, this fox related comic is much more in the Watership Down/Plague Dogs/Hunter's Moon, vein than other more anthropomorphic fiction, but whatever people as a whole decide is what defines the genre I guess...

I remember that fox in the trap one. It's just as sad now, but much better looking. Also, I approve of the checked flat cap.
