Segovia's Art Work (w/ General Discussion ) Thread

I have a question everyone. Ever since I started drawing O&M, people have started telling me that I should start my own comic. Which maybe a good idea due to the fact that at times when I'm either drawing or writing O&M strips, I do feel either obligated or bound to do jokes that match a certain criteria. But then again, I'm really comfortable drawing in O&M style and I don't have a style of my own. So my question is should I start my own comic?

LOL, I'm in the same boat as you (and still is) when i started drawing Ozy and Millie then branching to my only personally made character, Kris.

I was tempted at first when i was told that i should start a web comic of my own. But, i abandoned the idea because:

1: Like you, I don't my own style, i'm also more comfortable drawing in O&M Style.
2: I suck at writing good stories or jokes.
3: The responsibility of maintaining a website

The list goes on...

But time to time, if inspired. I make a short random comic just for laughs.

It's Your choice if you want to pursuit it.

what you do, when those people tell you that, is "you give me a pilot script, and we'll talk about a joint strip where I draw and you write."

Well guys needless to say, I am starting my own comic and I will announce it on this post when I finish the character designs. Here's another sketch.

I,for one, am speechless. This is my favorite sketch; ever!!

Glad you like the ozzy look. Here is another sketch.

Surprised it is Lewellyn? I don't know what kind of font he uses but i think Old English comes close to it. Some Zen Logic. If it confuses you, then I did my job.

If I were to do this then I won't be doing that. However by not doing that I would actually be doing it. Therefore I won't be doing this. Then Agian by not doing this I would be actually be doing it. Therefore by doing this I would not be doing that. Then agian.

Believe it or not, I think this is out of character for Llewellyn. He may be silly, but he's not one for overthinking things.

Sorry I couldn't match Llewellyn character. I just really wanted to practice my old english text. What can you expect from a guy who over thinks pretty much everything.
