I do see what you all are coming from so I decided to post my Minerva Bros. Comics here and to prove it here is a sketch.

I don't think that I'll use that other thread anymore.

Don't ask me how Roger did that without Reggie knowing. I just draw them.

That tree looks like a mushroom cloud. Now that would be something.

I was sure it was a mushroom cloud when I first saw it...

I get it. I can't draw trees that well.

Well it's the new year and I thought that it would be appropriate to show a new sketch. Here's a sketch I did at my New Years party.

That's actually quite good. The hands need work, but then so do mine I'd say, because that tends to be one of the hardest things to draw in the end. Nonetheless, good job.

I like the proportions as well.
[00:34:00] <Dermy> I do love to manipulate the standard rules of language for opportunistic effect
[00:34:06] <Dermy> Like a grammar hyena, I am
[00:34:16] <Dermy> Munching on the tasty entrails of tradition

[22:26:20] <MuffinSticks> I'm a chocolate muffin with white ears and a striped black and red tail
[22:26:35] <MuffinSticks> And exactly 6 chips

My DA account, for those who care enough to look/click/etc.
And my FA account as well!

Glad you like it. I'm trying to go through some redesign changes with the characters. Good thing I extended my waiting time for my comic. I need to develope my own style before I start my comic. You all think I can do it in 8 months, right?

I've been trying to develop a style for the past two years.

Styles don't develop overnight..and without stress that's for damn sure.
so there's a high school football coach sittin on the couch,
with a toothpick in his mouth.
and the stray dog won't forget the day,
he tricked him with a chocolate shake. (little trick)

Well my style started when I started drawing O&M back in October so when I actually start my comic I would have about a years experience under my belt.

Sorry son, but until you can start making more facial expressions that doesn't consist of classic coffee dilated expression 1, half circles 2, and > < 3 I wouldn't bother. Not to mention you are not anywhere near figuring out your black and white contrast. All your doodles feel monotone and do not portray much life in the linework and coloring and the expressions feel so very plain. Work on the basics before you start diving into making webcomics. When your art barely has any life to it people are not gonna care to read it. People are just lying through their teeth here and that is not constructive at all.

that's why I expanded the waiting time. So I can fix all those problems. You actually thought that I thought my art is ready for comics? Come on! I'm not that egotistic. I know that my drawings suck but hey I do it for fun and CAS hours.

Your posts just never add up. I don't buy it.
