At-least to that extent. Launguage is important but only when you say something in an ofensive way. Like when ym Grandfather refurs to poor dense neighborhoods as "the gehto." If you knew my grandfather you would know he means nothign by it but it could stil cause offence. That fact that launguage could be used to hold people back in to that degree has no base. If what you say holds people back liek you said Huffa then it's waht they said not how they say it. What they say is it'self intimidating not how it was said (though that can be intemidating as well) for example.
