really? The strip is five years old, that means they're almost continually aging since they're ten right now.

They age a lot for characters who don't age. It better not pass 10, because once adolescence ends up being a topic, things begin a downward spiral of stupidity. Of course this extremely unlikey, as I recall somewhere in the words section Simpson mentioned some other comic where they made a huge change, and suddenly this shy kid got the most popular girl in school, or something...
