Can't be a chick if you still got that dick. Fact of the matter is, to my knowledge, he hasn't gone through with any operation, and is just playing "Dress Up".

Secondly, I'm convinced with his personality, this was 'let out into the open' for no other reason than attention. He has a very manipulative personality, and loves to get people to acquiesce to his every edict. thing is, over time, he has to get more and more bold with such statements. It started with light, hidden satirical political humor in O&M, to blatent bleeding heart liberal "waaa republicans are in power", to that plus a second political cartoon strip, and escalating further and further up the line, and if you look back on it, these all happen at times where his blip on the social, internet, and fandom radar started to stagnate or dwindle.

That, more than anything, is why I will always refer to DCS as a he.

The only reason to refer to DCS as a he is because he/she/whatever it is now is a whiny bitch and you want to annoy him, not because he has gender issues because deliberately calling someone by the gender they were born with when they have gender identity issues is just as disrespectful as assuming someone's gay "for attention" okay thank you for reading my post :)
