Yet another reason why I want to move to Portland.
Please believe me when I say that is a very bad idea. Within a month you would regret it.

But I'm not gay. I'm a girl; I like boys. I'm heterosexual with an asterisk.
You used to self-identify as bi. Did you lose that kind of interest in females?

I've had trusty sources tell me otherwise.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

I used to say that, but it wasn't really true. I like boys.

I also didn't know anyone was paying that kind of attention.

I'll tell you that, in my own experience and that of friends who have lived there (I have had several), it's a wonderful place. I think you would like it.

Portland is known as the Rose City.
Oregon is known as the Beaver State.

Though only a few dozen miles away, Vancouver, Washington is more Canadian than Portland. In fact, Portland isn't Canadian at all. Washingtonians say some words like Canadians like bayg and flayg.
