Millie asked a question that she already knew the answer to. :laugh:

Heh, Millie drunk on Tequila - the mind reels.

Millie, like most drunks, would probably cause some property damage and then go to sleep.

How is that different from what she does on a regular basis? :roll:

It's so weird... just when DCS plans to stop the strip he starts making really good ones!

ROTFL, Millie wants to drink alcohol!
Might actually help you know. It is a depressant afterall. Should've expected the last question to be completely random and having nothing remotely to do with the wedding. Good ole Millie.

I would have guessed Z or X.
Z = Arizona

X = Texas

I do know of at least one married couple who spend much of the year in separate residences -- not because they don't get along, but because their work demands it. Of course, Llewellyn could do his "job" almost anywhere.

I think if Millie got drunk, she'd act like an ordinary ten-year-old.

But a flower girl? Isn't that rather girly? Maybe Millie will have her own take on it. Maybe she'll throw flour around.

A great strip. I hope the last couple of strips will be of same quality.

Millie's randomness shines through: "What's the only letter that doesn't appear in the name of any US state?"
Get out of my mind, idea! I already have an idea in there!

I didn't read it properly, so I thought that Millie thought there was a U.S. state called Tequila (which has a Q so would contradict her mother's answer). States named after drinks might be too surreal even for Millie's world.

It's happened in the real world. Southern Japan had the temporary name of Umeshu in the 7th century. Portugal was colloqially reffered to as the Land of Aguardente during the country-wide diarrhea epidemic of the mid-17th century, due to it "burning like fire". And the American founding fathers were briefly swayed by the powerful oratorical powers of one farmer Fitzgerald Laird, and almost ended up naming the country The United States of Applejack.

I was pretty tired after work last night and took Ms. Mudd's "maybe" at face value instead of the humorous response that was no doubt intended.

Yeah, Millie knew the answer to that question and her mom was joking about it.

Even I know those are wrong and I'm not an American.
