Makes me wonder how they're going to break the news to their kids...

"Millie, it's time to go to school. Your lunch is on the counter. Don't forget your homework on the table. Llewellyn and I are getting married. Here's your coat. Have fun, kiddo."

Also, does this mean we'll finally learn Ms. Mudd's first name at the wedding ceremony?

Not yet. There's still a loophole.
And what, pray tell, is the loophole?

Damn, this is amazing. I had to read it three times just to make sure I was reading it right. This is certainly one way to go out with a bang.
The strength to protect the innocent. The wisdom to uphold justice. The courage to stand against evil. This is the way of the Knight.

Oh dear, I never expected this coming. Though I bet some of you did...
I think I smell an ending story!
Babies have big heads and big eyes, and tiny little bodies with tiny little arms and legs. So did the aliens at Roswell! I rest my case.

I'm not sure why everyone's so shocked. I kinda saw this coming from about 18,000 miles away.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

Yeah but it's still kinda fun to pretend like this was unpredictable :3

This is an amzing strip. honestly, D.C. had such great build-up and then

BAM. sharp turn into a brick wall.I just can't wait to see how Millie and Ozy take it.

(puts "predictable" vote into the box. I mean, after all the dates, it just seemed like it would happen.)

*Grin*. Sheer brilliance, this.

As for the kids, they'll be discussing it a bit between themselves I suppose, but it won't come as to much of a surprise to them either I would think.
