Millie carries a monocle because she lives well, don't you? But anyway, won't Ozy need to eat them to trick Jeremy into wanting them as well?

Indeed. I suspect that seeing Ozy walk by with that monocle on will only be more of an invitation to place him in said trash receptacle. Think I'd rather have that though than eat the black cornflakes. Can't stand regular ole cornflakes as it is.

people used to wear monocles because they had problems with one eye and not the other, so it was just easier that getting a full pair of glasses.

I would find it fun to wear two monocles though XD

I don't think fun is the word I'd use. They always looked uncomfortable to me. Regular glasses are uncomfortable to me. That's why I wear contacts.
