School politics, the hair curse, and unrelated segues, all in one strip?

Is the curse a lie, or is Llewellyn lying about lying about the curse?

So, this means that every year Ozy and just been lucky... and Millie losing her hair was all in vain? :O

EDIT: Wait, Ozy has a laptop!?!?

He's had that laptop for a while.

Living in a giant house of stone with a moat, diving board and stuff kinda implies they're wealthy enough to buy a laptop.

So that's why Isolde seemed immune.

Actually, it only affects fur-bearing members of the Llewellyn family.

I love this strip. It reminds me of how my family and I relate to each other. We will sit down, meaning to talk about just one particular subject, and someone will inevitably just say something totally random, and we'll go from there. By the time we're finished, we will have discussed about fifteen different topics. It's probably why I like this place so much. :)

And yes, one of the first things I noticed was Ozy's laptop. Is this the first appearance, or has it been around and I haven't noticed?
gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.

Now that you mention it, how interesting that a household with an antiquated phone should include something so modern. Maybe Llewellyn's finally upgrading. Maybe Ozy bought it himself. Most likely, Llewellyn just isn't big on consistency.

3rd panel: DUN DUN DUNN!! (really, that was probably the first thing that came to my mind when I saw that panel)

And yeah, I don't rememeber seeing Ozy's laptop before...

If I recall correctly, it's supposed to affect anyone who has any kind of hair. After all, it's called the "Llewellyn HAIR Curse". And Isolde has quite a bit of hair to be lost.

well 4/5ths of the time Isolde's not in the strip or summin, so maybe she is affected, but we don't see?

Didn't you know?

Millie *is* the hair-curse.
