Yea, it should only be a one-off. I like them too much as 10-year-olds. It's one place I can escape and not think about the real world or anything relevant.

And Millie should try a new outfit every now and then. Couldn't hurt.

A Frilly Millie?
Anami: Sex with a giant, black scorpion seems fun.

<SteveThePocket> Geez. I want more of this stuff now. Now I know how a horny guy on an imageboard feels.

thats actually how she was originally drawn, so no wonder DC included that storyline where she wore frilly clothes.

DCS should've ended the comic a year or two ago.

Getting back to the original topic...

It's interesting that combining new strips with annotated reruns was brought up as an option, because I wondered the same thing. It makes perfect sense to me, actually, because that's where the reruns fit in the running: right before this year's new strips.
As for that comment about not wanting to do that until the strip ended: I don't know how many of you remember "Bloom County," but its fourth book, Bloom County Babylon, was just like that: the first half being a set of reruns (some of which, oddly enough, had never been reprinted in books before), and the second half being all new strips, mostly following a single storyline. Couple that with the fact that DCS was/is a big fan of "Bloom County" and you've got a chance to even make a subtle tribute.
Naturally, whether or not people would actually buy such a book 6 would be hard to guess at. (Anyone know if BCB sold well?) But if, like he said, his efforts yielded only a very limited amount of "extra" material, he could include it too and have a little of everything. So, something for everyone.
And oh, one more thing since you'll probably make 6 dozen more posts before I come back...I already had an idea for a possible title/cover art for such a compilation: "Politically and Anatomically Incorrect" -- the title being something with Millie naked.

eep! pants!

Well it does hilight the fact he's not wearing any shirt. I alwyas thought that if Ozy woudl wear pants they woudl be slacks instead of blue jeans. Oh well.

Such a manly chest I MEAN ... Um... THE DUCK IS ON FIRE *points*

That definately looks like a natural aging for Ozy.

And by high school, it's about time he puts some pants on. Unless he's perpetually re-enacting the classic nightmare where you go to school and forget your pants.
