The Mozilla engine (Gecko) is open source and used by a couple other browsers as well.
I even found a Gecko component for .NET. <3. Not sure what to do with it yet but it sure beats the existing IE based WebBrowser control.

I have to agree... I don't really browse new fan art threads with much confidence any more...No offense to all the DC artists but really step it up a little.
I mean sure some of you guys have the potential to be really good artists someday but there are only 3-4 people on here who are there yet.
